Intensive Care
When intensive caring is essential, National Park Intensive Care/Coronary Care Unit provides the skilled nursing staff to provide close observation of cardiac and intensive care patients. Unit nurses have advanced training in cardiac and critical care as well as advanced cardiac life support (ACLS and CPR).
Visitor Information
• Visitation is limited to immediate family only.
• Children less than 14 years of age are not allowed past the waiting area.
• Visitation is limited to 20 minutes every three hours.
Waiting Area
The ICU waiting room is open at all times for family members to wait on loved ones. The NPMC Auxiliary is on duty in the waiting room to assist you from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., Monday through Friday.
